So I ran the Frostbite 5k Race. This was a benefit for Park Ridge Health systems. Now I might be over weight, but I didn't do too bad....it still rocked my leg muscles. Next time I will train, without beer =o) Photos by Bonnie King

Here's the story of a US Army Veteran who is being told by the VA that he can't receive benefits any longer because they refuse to pay claims to a dead guy. BUT, he's alive. And this is the 4th time it's happened to him. LORD HAVE MERCY! Check out the story below.

Here's a song I wrote regarding corrupt politicians.
Regardless of your party affiliation or personal beliefs, this is a song we can ALL agree on.
I call 'em ""Prostitutes in Suits".
So this is a very chill song, but hopefully it will inspire songwriters and music lovers alike.
Beck's technique takes an extraordinary amount of skill and 'feeling'.
